For couples who choose my coordination services, I begin working with you three months before the wedding to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed with care. My goal is to understand your vision and bring it to life with seamless coordination, so you can be fully present on your wedding day. This package is perfect for couples who have loved planning their wedding, but want to hand off the logistics and relax when the big day arrives.

  • 2–3 planning meetings to review details and align on your vision

  • Unlimited communication upon booking

  • Extensive wedding day timeline

  • Floor plan assistance to maximize flow and layout

  • Access to a customized Google Sheets planning tool and wedding planning checklist

  • Timeline distribution to all vendors

  • Vendor confirmations for arrival times & logistics

  • Full wedding day management, including oversight of set-up, tear-down, and guest flow.

  • Point of contact for all vendors & wedding party

  • Personal item management

  • Behind-the-scenes troubleshooting to keep the day stress-free

The Wedding Design & Setup Package

This package is perfect for couples who want their entire wedding set-up and tear-down handled with care, along with thoughtful design execution. With the help of a skilled team, I’ll bring your vision to life from start to finish, so you can relax and enjoy your day without worrying about the details.

Services include:

  • 2-3 design/planning meetings prior to the event

  • Styling support and guidance in selecting décor elements

  • Unlimited communication upon booking

  • Table, chair, dinnerware, and décor set-up for both ceremony & reception

  • Comprehensive design execution to reflect your vision

  • Full tear-down and packing of décor after the event

  • Coordination and supervision of 2–5 assistants to ensure smooth execution

  • Rehearsal dinner set-up

  • Additional staffing for large-scale décor needs
