For couples who choose my coordination services, I begin working with you three months before the wedding to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed with care. My goal is to understand your vision and bring it to life with seamless coordination, so you can be fully present on your wedding day. This package is perfect for couples who have loved planning their wedding, but want to hand off the logistics and relax when the big day arrives.

  • 2–3 planning meetings to review details and align on your vision

  • Unlimited communication upon booking

  • Extensive wedding day timeline

  • Floor plan assistance to maximize flow and layout

  • Access to a customized Google Sheets planning tool and wedding planning checklist

  • Timeline distribution to all vendors

  • Vendor confirmations for arrival times & logistics

  • Full wedding day management, including oversight of set-up, tear-down, and guest flow.

  • An additional assistant onsite the day of your wedding

  • Design + printing of up to 2 custom signs (welcome & seating chart)

With Full Planning, I’ll be by your side from the very beginning until your grand exit at the end of the night. From the first brainstorming session to the final farewell, I’ll guide you through every step of the process to ensure your wedding is seamless, stress-free, and truly unforgettable. This package is ideal for couples who want a professional to take the lead on logistics, design, and vendor management while still keeping your vision at the heart of every detail.

  • A professional planner leading the process from start to finish

  • Stress-free vendor research, booking, and management

  • Budget creation, tracking, and oversight

  • Ongoing hands-on guidance to keep everything on track

  • Wedding website design and support

  • Invitation, menu, place card, and program design & coordination

Wedding Design & Setup Package

This package is perfect for couples who want their entire wedding set-up and tear-down handled with care, along with thoughtful design execution. With the help of a skilled team, I’ll bring your vision to life from start to finish, so you can relax and enjoy your day without worrying about the details.

Services include:

  • 2-3 design/planning meetings prior to the event

  • Styling support and guidance in selecting décor elements

  • Unlimited communication upon booking

  • Table, chair, dinnerware, and décor set-up for both ceremony & reception

  • Comprehensive design execution to reflect your vision

  • Full tear-down and packing of décor after the event

  • Coordination and supervision of 2–5 assistants to ensure smooth execution
